The integrated design build approach allows us to be accountable for the planning, design, construction and budget of your home or office projects. As your Design Builder,VERO acts as a single-source of responsibility while providing expertise from planning and design process through construction.
As your Construction Manager and Builder, we serve as your advocate and adviser through each phase of the building process. VERO requires transparency through everything we do. You will see all the detail in our estimates and backup for each invoice in our billings. As an Owner you can feel comfortable that we are looking out for your best interests at every step.
Whether a client needs help with an existing building or in managing/maintaining the a new building or landscape, VERO is there to help.
It can be challenging for clients to demand good service for "one off" maintenance calls. VERO has a network of prequalified subcontractors and vendors that we rely on to get the job done without any fuss.
Peer and Constructability Plan Review Services
Architects, Engineers and Designers are held to a high standard when generating plans and specifications for any project. Omissions can be costly and frustrating for everyone involved in the project. VERO sees things through the eyes of a Contractor and can offer valuable feedback to the design team or Owner before soliciting bids from Contractors
Owner's Representative Services
Owners and clients are often very good at what they do for a living but not necessarily experienced in managing construction projects. VERO can fill that gap on projects by acting on the Owner's behalf to work with the Contractor to complete the project. We can also help out, as needed, for a second opinion, solve a permitting conundrum or to get out of a sticky situation with the Contractor.
Building Energy Assessments
As part of our ongoing commitment to sustainability and our desire to service our clients, VERO can perform energy assessment services for your home or office. We perform a thorough analysis of your building envelope, mechanical and electrical systems and propose energy saving modifications. This work is done in coordination with local utilities and government agencies to identify tax credits and rebates that help reduce the cost of energy saving measures.
