This was a ground up 20,000 sf project for the Town of Belmont. This was a LEED Silver project that incorporated many different building components and systems. The structure was comprised of wood, steel and exposed arched glu-lam beams and incorporated an unbroken insulation envelope at the exterior.
The heating and cooling systems were fed by an open well geothermal loop. The arched section of the building included the use of Rheinzink metal siding and roofing.
